Celebrity Bag: Rihanna carries a Louis Vuitton transparent duffel bag

Like a true fashionista that she is, Rihanna made a statement in all-white ensemble at the Louis Vuitton Menswear Spring/Summer 2019 show in Paris. She completed her look with a transparent duffel bag from the same brand. Transparent bags were in during the 80's until the late 90's and two decades later, it's making a comeback.

Celebrity Bag: Anna Kendrick carries Thom Browne mini satchel

Anna Kendrick attended a book signing for Scrappy Little Nobody which she authored wearing a pajama that is too literal for words, but her Thom Browne satchel is too cute that it distracted us from what she is wearing.

The Thom Browne "Mrs. Thom" mini satchel is made of patent leather with brass hardware and latch closure. It measures 5.5" height x 6.25" width x 3.25" depth and 4" handle drop. It is available at Barneys for $5,100.

Let me begin by saying that Dolce & Gabbana's Spring 2014 collection is one of the craziest and most luxurious considering the fact that they used a lot of fur, gold and hand-painted cloth for the entire collection. And the bags... oh, the bags! I especially love this box clutch with gold detail.

These stars have proven that you can mix pink and red like they are just black and white. Unforgivable to some fashion critics but bold and brave to risk takers. Marc Jacobs would like to point out that it is also the same with bags... and it is for forgivable than its dress counterpart.

I adore these Michael Kors satchels. I don't really like busy looking bags. I find serenity to bags with clean lines in simple colors because I can use them with anything in my wardrobe. These 'Quinn' sisters are giving me just that. The large on measures 13"H x 12"W x 4"D while the small one measures 9"H x 13"W x 4 3/4"D. Getting either of the two is perfectly fine with me. If you also like them, you can start placing your order right now but shipping will start on September 22.

Hermes 'Birkin' green ostrich bag

This green ostrich 'Birkin' bag by Hermes made her cameo in Transformers: Dark of the Moon. A Louis Vuitton bag made a cameo too but this girl stood out because of its bright green color. I say this is the most expensive way to keep a video tape. If you have seen the movie, you know what I mean.

Mom bought me three satchels and I just love them! I don't buy bags these days because it's either I couldn't find the perfect bag for my taste or I really liked the bag but it is too expensive. I am glad that my mom has the same taste in bag as I have.

This is completely off the title of this post but I just have to share this with you.

My mom went in for a visit about three weeks ago. I was glad that she came because I haven't seen her for five years and it's the first time that she will see her grandson. Although I wasn't able to be with her for a longer time because I have to work during daytime, knowing that there is someone waiting for me to go home is a wonderful feeling.

When she left about a week ago, she sent me a text message telling me how proud she is because I am a career woman and a responsible mother. It was the first time she ever said those words to me and so I burst into tears. She's not an affectionate kind of mom, she just do everything to show how much she loves us.
